Dani Figueiras

Holistic Wellness Practitioner

About Dani

Holistic Therapist

Dani is an experienced holistic therapist with over two decades of training in bodywork and integrative wellness practices. Since 2004, he has studied extensively in Thailand and India, developing a multidisciplinary approach that combines traditional Eastern techniques with modern complementary wellness methods.

His practice includes Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal bodywork), Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Osteo Thai techniques, fascia-focused therapies, and energy-based modalities such as Reiki. Dani’s sessions are tailored to the individual, blending these approaches to support relaxation, body awareness, and overall wellbeing.

Chi Nei Tsang is a specialised abdominal therapy that focuses on gentle internal bodywork around the visceral area. It is commonly sought by individuals looking to support digestive comfort, reduce tension, and improve overall body balance. Dani also incorporates techniques such as Gua Sha and Tok Sen — traditional methods that use rhythmic stimulation and manual tools to promote circulation, fascial release, and deep muscular relaxation.

In addition to hands-on therapies, Dani is a qualified Bioresonance practitioner. Bioresonance is a non-invasive complementary modality based on the concept that the body emits measurable electromagnetic signals. Sessions aim to explore energetic patterns and support general physiological balance using specialised equipment. These sessions are offered as part of a holistic wellness approach and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Dani works with individuals seeking support for stress management, digestive comfort, fatigue, relaxation, and general wellbeing. His approach emphasises calm, individualised sessions that integrate physical and energetic perspectives of health.

He speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with conversational French.
