If you will be making payment through your insurance, you may require a doctor’s referral letter. Please check with your insurance company for details on whether you require a referral prior to your first visit.
Other useful information to check with your provider is:1) Whether physiotherapy treatments are covered
2) How much you are able to claim each session
3) How many sessions are you entitled to each year -
Please bring along any imaging reports and doctor’s referrals you may have. If you are coming for post-operative physiotherapy, please also bring along any protocols that may be provided by your surgeon.
The clinic provides a change of clothes for clients when needed.

For most pain cases, you should begin to feel significant improvements in 4-6 sessions. However, at recalibrate we are focused on long-lasting change. Our aim is not only to treat pain but to ensure your body is recalibrated to work well and avoid future injuries. For these additional benefits, longer term treatment may be required.
For fractures and post-operative cases, rehabilitation may require several months. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to know more about the rehabilitation timeline for your specific condition.
